Q3: How long will I get my parcel online?
Delivery of products will take up to 3-5 working days upon successful payment.
Q4: How do I track my order?
Kindly check your order status in the My Account section. Also we will send you the tracking number to your email address provided by the courier company.
Refund policy Q1: What if my glasses have errors in prescription once I receive my product?
Kindly note that it is necessary to return your glasses with error in prescription back to us within 7 days from the day you received the product. Please send your order number to our COMPANY EMAIL ADDRESS, lenses will be remade at no charge.
Q2: What if I wanted to return my unsatisfied order?
You can choose to exchange for a new product at the same or higher value, but the payment of product’s price variance must be settled before shipment of product if you have chosen a higher value of new glasses.
